Hi, I'm sorry I haven't been around.

Reason being, just now, I just had the darndest time getting back in here, Why? because I was trying to use my OLD user-name with my password, so no matter HOW many new passwords I got, or tried, it would not work because I kept writing my User-name as "Karan" instad of Kar92.

Well anyhow I am here now and wish I could paste this whole article in with its drawings and so forth but here is the link.

Good Grief!  I did not mean to make that so big , but it seems I cannot figure out a medium sized font for it.

Hope you all get a chance to check up on it, and since it's real late I will finally get back on here tomorrow to catch up on posts, now that I finally realized "who I am" on here ;)

Hey Karan Great to see ya posting...

We are a little slow right now for some reason the holidays and December and Janissary are slow time of the year for the DAWG...


Well I think about how most all of us have in common that when we first begin MMT we eat so much sugar and I see evidence to that theory.

It's been found that the reason that people in recovery, whether that's MMT or abstinence based, crave a lot of sugar is that it stimulates the production of the same endorphins in the brain that drugs do.

One way to deal with it is to eat things that contain natural sugars wen you have a craving, rather than things with refined sugars in. It takes while for your tastebuds to adjust, but they will, and more quickly than you think.
